Training techniques are composed of three components: eum-ki (Earth energy)
12 techniques, yang-ki (Sky energy) 12 techniques, and eum,yang harmony (Sangeung energy) 12 techniques.
The three components are for body maintenance, energizing, and body and mind training, respectively. Body
movements will be tuned to the musical rhythm so that mind and body are unified while training, and
concentration will be improved by producing voice during body training. Male and female can reach the
peak together which can be attained by harmonizing eum and yang and enter into the world such as that of Sun when they practice together while enjoying something like dancing. In this program beginners
or color belt learners may not feel the subtle pleasure of the practice but the high level or older learners will feel it.
Eum-ki (Earth energy) 12 techniques are to strengthen muscles and bones while adjusting breathing and
body movements to the musical rhythm. Breathing and body movements are unified while twisting
muscle and bone at the final peak while drawing a circle from a point in a series of movements.
Yang-ki (Sky energy) 12 techniques is to energize one’s body while adjusting breathing and body
movements to the musical rhythm. Breathing and body movements are unified while energizing one’s body at the final peak while drawing a circle from a point in a series of movements.
Sangeung (Eum,yang harmony Hapki) 12 techniques
is to harmonize yangki and eumki while tuning to the musical rhythm. Eum and yang are unified while energizing and harmonizing one’s body at the final peak while drawing a circle from a point in a series of movements cooperating with a partner.
